If you are moving, downsizing, need to clear out a loved ones home or a rented space, we can help. We can assist with packing and unpacking and organizing new spaces. Are you helping elderly parents or loved ones with a move, or inherited a house to sell? We can help with this overwhelming task to make sure that you preserve memories while clearing out in preparation for sale. Pricing varies, starting at $130 for one 4-6 hour day.

First, we will help you decide what to keep (without keeping too much!) and help create memory boxes or mementos. Then we will get rid of the rest of the contents in a sensitive and environmentally responsible way. Reusing and recycling are important to us. Before sending anything to a landfill, we donate, consign or sell items online and coordinate estate sales and yard sales. We'll work with you to organize your yard sale or garage sale. We'll find out what permits you need, advertise the sale and assist with pricing and organizing.
If you are moving or selling your home, a tag sale is another option. A tag sale is held in the house, so you can hold it any time of the year. You don’t have to live in a mansion to have a tag sale! This is a service we can provide to anyone who is moving, but it's especially attractive to those saying goodbye to a family home. We advertise the sale locally, and set up in an attractive manner, with different areas for different types of items. We can provide staff to assist buyers and keep the sale organized. This is a great opportunity to show off a home that will soon be on the market, so we can assist with cleaning and finding contractors to do improvements prior to the sale.
